Good morning everyone! Today we are being guided to see the Abundance already in our lives. When you are in vibrational alignment with Abundance, you see it, perceive it, and experience it everywhere. Being in the flow of Abundance brings forth more. I know how challenging it can be to feel abundance when you are looking at lack, with your physical senses.
I know what it’s like to be unemployed; to not know what your next meal will be. To not know how your rent or bills will get paid. I also know that all it takes is a small shift in perspective to get out of lack and fear.
The first and most important step is gratitude.
Being grateful for all that you have now is key to shift your vibration and perception. When you start to list all you have to be thankful for, you start to realize how blessed you are.
The next step is to be present. Focus on today only. Today you are fed. Today you have enough. Today you are alive. Focus on what is in front of you; what is in your home, who is in your life. Keep your perspective in the present to keep the fear of tomorrow (which is unknown) out of today.
One of the things I notice in my household is that sometimes when we’re looking for a specific item of food that maybe we used up, we feel the immediate urge to go and buy more. I became aware of the food anxiety we’ve been experiencing, which I think many of us are; will there be enough? And I find that when we look elsewhere, or consider a different option or approach, suddenly a solution becomes clear.
A specific example: so one day I wanted to make a dish but found I did not have all the ingredients for it. I felt the urge to go out and buy what I needed, but because I’ve been going outside much less I decided to scrap that dish. I was upset and disappointed because I had a craving for it. I could have wallowed in misery the whole day because I did not eat that specific thing I wanted, but thankfully I quickly realized we had so many other things. And I also realized, how blessed I am to have options to eat. The goal is nourishment and so once I shifted my perspective I saw the abundance of food and options to cook with. Plus using more of what we have rather than adding on, allows us to waste less, which is good for all.
If you are experiencing a moment of lack and fear, know that it is temporary. Know that soon you will be living in Abundance, but this journey begins with the simple step of noticing the Abundance currently in your life. There is more than enough for you and more than enough for all. Pay attention to your beliefs and also what sources you are listening to. Who is in charge in your life? You or the media telling you what to believe? This is why it is so important to have a strong spiritual foundation to lean on for support when things seem uncertain. We are here for another day; be present in this gift. Have a blessed and beautiful day all!
