Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! It’s important to open our hearts for healing. Find a way to become aware of when your heart is open and when it is closed, so that if it is closed you can take the necessary steps to open it again. For example, I know my heart is open when I’m less critical and have more patience with myself and others. As well, my dreams are lovely and help me feel supported. I am honestly used to walking around with a closed heart, so I know it can take some effort to get to that place of openness and acceptance. You can do it! You just have to find the way which works for you.
Faith helps to open my heart. Knowing that the Divine is with us at all times, joyful or challenging; we are never alone. Things happen in our lives that sometimes feel random or unnecessary; we may question why these occurrences are happening to us, but those are mysteries we have to be initiated into. Sometimes it’s not meant for us to know why, and that has to be enough. But other times we have to go on a journey of discovery to find the why out ourselves. So what does this mean for us today? During this time of releasing what no longer belongs in our lives, we may feel grief and pain, but those are the moments of greatest opportunity. This is how we can truly dive deep into the root causes of our suffering.
Don’t be afraid to get in touch with your emotions. Maybe they flow out unexpectedly; don’t try control them or stop them. Let them be and see what course they lead you on. Healing can only occur when our hearts are open to give and receive–when our heart portals are open and willing. Old wounds may come to the surface suddenly, to help you learn the lesson, or new challenges may present themselves to test how far you’ve come. Trust that everything is part of an evolution from our current selves to our higher selves; our ascended selves. We are all being challenged to break free from what is no longer for our highest good.
Truth will set you free. Be honest with yourself about your feelings and intentions–denial will not serve you in this new era.
