Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! The New Moon in Cancer is bringing us blessed changes, though change can feel scary at times. We become so used to suffering that when it leaves us, it may feel like a deep sadness, or a break-up. It’s much like when an addictive substance leaves your body; a moment of detoxification. Maybe this blessed change has brought an unexpected conclusion you did not feel prepared for. Trust that you are being led towards more fulfilling experiences.
For many of you, though this conclusion was necessary it’s harder than you thought to let go. Allow yourself to express the emotions you feel; allow the Cancerean waters to wash your tears away. Don’t be afraid to sit with these feelings; don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. Be gentle with yourself as you move from one phase to the next.
Take a break today from chores and obligations, and try not to distract yourself from this healing process with mindless activities. This is not the time to zone out, but rather tune in. Sometimes the greatest pain can reveal the greatest treasures. Channel this energy into forms of expression such as prayer, song, chanting, writing, painting, etc. There’s also no rush or deadline for when you’ll “feel better” again, but know that whatever sadness you feel about moving on, will pass. Have patience and give your spiritual family the opportunity to work on bringing you what you need for this new beginning.
Now, if you find yourself spiraling out of control; if you feel your thoughts or emotions getting the best of you, turn into your body. Get some physical exercise; go outside and go for a walk. Or do turn to physical chores or labor that don’t require much thinking. The point is to focus on your body; the sound of your heartbeat, the sweat from your brow, the feeling as your lungs fill with breath.
Be present with this gift called life, throughout all its lovely peaks and valleys.
