Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! I don’t know about you, but time feels like it’s flying for me! The days seem to “Zoom” by (yes I’m usually in meetings most days) and I feel like I hardly have time to work on my personal projects. Today’s message is all about prioritizing your valued time and energy towards doing more of what you love.
Regardless of whether or not you are currently employed, it can feel like we spend a lot of time on the tedious tasks; whether job searching, working, taking care of others…how much time do you actually dedicate to working on passion projects? On hobbies that fill you with joy? For me, I am pretty tired by the end of the work-day or work-week and “working” on my passion projects feels more like a chore. But there are ways around that.
The important thing to note today is that you want to focus on doing more of what you love, to help fill your cup (which can feel pretty empty at times). Your reserves are depleted and it’s time to do more for you. One work-around that has helped me is reaching out to others for help. When I can pay someone, I do. Otherwise I barter or ask my loved ones to help me out. I find that help is always available if you’re willing to receive it.
I understand sometimes we have to work at not-so-great opportunities to pay the bills; full-time job and part-time passion. But working just for money is not enough for fulfillment and you will find yourself burnt out more often than not. Dedicate some time, even adding 10 minutes a day, to those passion/creative projects, or hobbies. Doing so can lead to more fulfilling job opportunities because yes you can actually get paid for doing what you love. But you have to work on your art; your craft. You have to dedicate to it just like you do with other things.
Some of you will have the chance to turn your passions into careers, as long as you make a commitment to dedicate more time and energy towards it. Work on your dreams because they are valid! They may not pay the bills now, but they do give you something more valuable than money.
Be loyal to your dreams and they will be loyal to you!
