Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi comes to us today to remind us to be honest with ourselves and others. It’s easy to paint a perfect picture of your life, but it’s a hollow existence. Lakshmi advises us to not be afraid to share the richness of our true selves with others.
I find that when the Virgo energy is strong, as it is now, self-judgement and criticism can become a daily story in our lives. It’s empowering to analyze where we are and what we need to do to get to where we want to go, but try to remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day. Take your tasks and goals step-by-step, and have compassion with yourself as you pursue your dreams.
Wanting to show-off or pretend for others, has been a human experience probably since our existence here, but it’s even more prevalent with social media. Our eyes want to consume pleasant experiences, on Instagram for example; people having fun, looking good–living the good life. And we want that too. We want to live good and show it off for others to see; we yearn to be recognized. But do you want to be recognized for who you truly are or who you think you should be? There’s no wrong answer, but be warned–living someone else’s life will not bring you the fulfillment you seek.
Although we are all already perfect beings as we are; made in the images of the Divine, we do not live perfect experiences. None of us have “perfect” lives; if everything was perfect then what would be the point of living? This is an adventure; the journey is the destination. Every moment has something of value to teach us. Don’t be in such a hurry to live in that perfect vision you think you want. And do you want it because it’s a true heart’s desire, or do you want it to compare yourself to others–to elevate your status in society?
The Universe’s plan and timing was perfect when it created you. Allow your true self to unfold, without reservation. Don’t be afraid to be the real you; you are loved just as you are.
Lakshmi tells us that what is for us will never be taken from us. The path towards true Abundance will only be shown to your authentic self. Take some time today to find out who that is.
