The Manifestor Oracle was born from a dream. In this dream there was a little girl who wore a deck of cards around her neck. The first card was the Hand of Fatima, or Hamsa hand, in the receiving form (downward). This little girl was called “The Manifestor” and was a very powerful person. The deck represented things and circumstances she would bring to form; whatever card she pulled would manifest instantly.
