Supreme Rising family! We are at the start of a new week; read this tarot and energy forecast with an open mind and heart, and remember that not everything is set in stone. Always check in with your intuition for guidance.
The overall energy for this week:
Tarot and Energy Forecast temperature: Tense and Aggressive
There’s an energy of tension this week; a push and pull of actions and goals. There may be moments where you feel almost “trapped” in your circumstances, and yearning for movement; for a change. I feel that things are being worked out in the unseen, and the slow movement of changes (or lack thereof) may leave some of you feeling like nothing’s happening. Don’t despair. Take this pause in momentum to assess where you are on this journey.
There’s a great sense of masculine aggression, so you might feel more inclined to push through things, or force things to happen. But just pause a moment. If you are feeling restrained or blocked from moving on or forward, what is this moment trying to teach you? I get the sense that there is something that has been overlooked. Check all the details before proceeding further. For example, you may be wanting to move away or leave your job, and you’re just about “ready” to take that next step; before continuing, make sure you’ve gone over your game plan thoroughly.
Lastly, try to find balance between your body, heart, and mind connection. Don’t solely rely on your mind to run the show; check in with how your feel emotionally, and also physically. When all three give you the greenlight, that’s when you know you’re on the right track.
Beginning of the Week:
There’s some confusing energy that we are starting the week with; you may have a harder time making decisions. It seems like you’re stuck at a crossroads and feel unable to move forward in any direction. You might be wanting to forge ahead but your heart might be leading you somewhere else; so how do you choose? Check in with your body.
Grounding work is called for early on this week. Try listening to grounding frequencies or better yet, spend time in nature. I find that I get the best clarity when I sit alone in the park for a bit, just watching the trees sway in the wind. Don’t rush with any decisions; sit with your indecision for a bit until the knots are unraveled. When in doubt, ask Spirit for a helping hand. You might also benefit from asking a trusted source, or professional for guidance.
Middle of the Week:
It’s your heart’s turn to be taken care of. All work and no play will only cause you to burn out faster. You may be missing out on some fun times, and possibly are feeling isolated. You are very passionate about your work and causes, and have so many ideas for what you want to do, but your energy is finite; don’t use up all your gas.
The best course of action for the next couple of days is to pay attention to how you feel, before doing a task. I would even suggest declining on attending events or doing things that feel like chores, or obligations. Focus only on what you want to do; what sparks joy and excitement in you. Focus on pleasure.
Some of you would greatly benefit from going out on a date, or spicing things up romantically. If you’re single, join a dating app and see if you can meet with someone even just for some drinks–get out and make new connections. Or if you have a “friends with benefits” type of situation, call that person up asap! The more you can take your emotional wellbeing into consideration, the better you will feel about yourself, and about life.
End of the Week:
And finally, it’s your mind’s time to shine. Logic, truth, and factual information is what you will benefit from the most this weekend. You may be faced with a stressful circumstance, which is really just a misunderstanding. There’s more going on than you think. The best way to deal with this is with a cool head. Only consider the facts, not the fiction.
Sometimes when it comes to conflict with loved ones, we tend to act based on how we feel, which could be frustrated or slighted, etc. In this case, try your best not to jump to any conclusions. Take a step back and breathe. Once you can zoom out your perspective, you may understand the situation in a much better way. For some of you this conflict will be with your boss/supervisor, or some other authority figure. You definitely want to, as best as you can, try a diplomatic approach with this person.
