Everything we perceive with our physical senses also affects are metaphysical senses, so shy away from watching, listening to, or interacting with, harsh and intense energies. For example, you might want to avoid listening to ‘low vibration’ music–this is music which is either devoid of substance or contains harmful, subliminal energy. Pay attention to the kinds of words in the songs you listen to because these messages stick in your subconscious. I can go on and on about low-vibrational anything, but it can negatively impacts your life. Same holds true for all low-vibrational media. Do a little research on this subject and listen to your intuition for clues as to what works or doesn’t work for you.
