Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! Here is your daily tarot reading for May 13th, 2021:
If you’ve been weighing between two or more options, choose the one which is more fulfilling. Don’t just follow the money. I’ve spent plenty of time chasing jobs because of the pay, and have always ended up regretting it. This is a moment to focus more on doing what you love; I can hear you thinking “easier said than done”, but consider that life is meant to be more fulfilling, and not always about toil. Yes there is work to be done, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be pleasurable.
If you’ve been extra stressed and tired lately, take a break from your work (whether it’s your work for a job, work for a business, or work as being a nurturer). You don’t need to take the day off if you can’t (though if you can, go for it), but you can take pockets of time throughout the day to take it easy. In those moments of giving yourself a break, don’t focus on work or what you have to do next; if you can’t get to a relaxed place, at least focus on something else. Play a game, solve a puzzle; let your brain work on figuring something else out other than work. You can read a book which you’ve been meaning to start, or watch a movie you’ve had on your watchlist. Whatever the case, make time for you.
Taking this much needed break will give your mind a moment of pause to catch-up with anything you may have previously overlooked. All of the knots will be unraveled when you can rest. You may experience sudden flashes of inspiration in these moments–some people have their greatest ideas in the shower, because it is a moment of relaxation. Write whatever insight down, but now is not the time to act on them–save that for another day.
If a wonderful new opportunity presents itself today, pause to consider it first. You don’t want to just rush into it. It may be the best thing ever, but give yourself time to feel it out. Really check in to make sure it is a fulfilling decision. You can also consult a trusted mentor if you need help making a decision. For some of you, you may have been wanting to speak to your supervisor about your job; possibly to be considered for a promotion or other job role. If this is the case for you, take a moment today to consider what you want to say to them–don’t be afraid to express how you feel. Search your heart for how to approach this situation.
