This is the last full week of 2025’s second quarter; a time to lay down our “swords” in order to welcome the waters of Cancer season. It’s time to give up the fight–not the fight for justice or equality, but the fight you haven’t been able to win (yet). Whatever wall you’ve been hitting your head against is not budging; this is the time to focus on something else. This advice may also pertain to control–possibly you haven’t been able to control a person or situation; continued force won’t help you here. Choose rest for now while a new strategy develops.
By the way, if you are an activist currently fighting the good fight on the frontlines, you may need to take a little respite to recalibrate your system. You may be feeling disheartened about the state of the world, but trust that new energy and inspiration will flow to you as long as you take a moment to rest.
The focus this Cancer season is on our relationships and for this week you may have to take a more neutral stance on any conflict with your loved ones. Compromising might also help your case, especially if this conflict has been going on for a long time. Spirit advises you to zoom out of your problems, at least for this week. Don’t try to force anything to change, and instead be open to new thoughts, ideas, and experiences. Solutions are close.
Beginning of the week:
Don’t be so quick to share what you think. While your intuition is sharp at this time, your tongue is sharper. You may be “right” about something but the energy is giving “preachy” versus supportive. Inject a little more compassion into your conversations this week; not everyone shares your perspective on the situation.
I can see some of you engaging in political conversations and getting into it with others about their stance–all this is going to do is drain you. And some of you may end of regretting what you say, or post online. So please think before you speak (act).
Some of you may learn some unsavory information about a person you know, and you may feel conflicted about whether to share with them or not. Spirit says that the information may not be well received at this time, so wait for an opportune moment to say something, in a gentle way. Try not to use an “I told you so” tone.
Middle of the week:
Mama Moon will be New in Cancer, officially ushering in Cancer season (and Summertime!). Being that Jupiter is now in Cancer there may be more opportunities for increase in your life, especially with financial matters. Over the next few days you may be inclined to reflect on your career. Things may be shifting soon around your work and/or business projects. Some of you may be getting more work; possibly you are already feeling overburdened by the workload and are considering your options. Spirit also says not to only focus on work and money–if you’ve been working a lot lately, it’s time for a break.
Some of you may want to consider how to advance in your career–possibly you may want to elevate your current skillset by taking a class or enrolling in a certificate program. Or your employer may ask you to take on more responsibilities. Always keep in mind how these shifts benefit you in the long-term, and ask yourself if these steps to advance are worth it to you. If not, there are other fish in the sea.
End of the week:
A shift will be happening with your work method or approach. You might be feeling bored at your current job/career, but soon a creative boost will uplift you, giving you much-needed energy to complete any projects. You might even feel inspired to create something new, or possibly you may revisit a project you put to the side.
If you’re feeling dissatisfied with your job, Spirit doesn’t recommend quitting just yet. You may just need a creative hobby or craft to fill that “void” that your job isn’t giving you. Sometimes a job is just to get you paid, and not necessarily meant to be a dream come true.
Some of you are being sidelined and overlooked at your current places of employment. Jealousy and evil eye energy are disrupting your progress, and unfortunately some of you are being worked on, energetically. This means someone has put “roots” on you to negatively impact your career. Being that we’re in Cancer season, connect with water for healing. For example, bathing in ocean water can be incredibly healing, but if you’re not near the ocean, try a simple bath in sea salt. Keep cleansing yourself until things improve at work, and if they don’t or get worse, consider booking a reading for more insight.
