Daily Tarot Reading – 9/29/2020

Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! I’ve been receiving the messages to take care of our bodies; our vessels. We don’t do enough of that, and when we do we first turn to the body. Today’s message is about being aware of your needs, body, mind, and spirit.

Listen to your intuition. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve visited doctors who have given me medications and other suggestions which were not aligned with my body or lifestyle. I have thankfully been brought up in a household of natural medicine. Modern medicine has its place, but I always listen to my gut when it comes to my health and wellness.

Sometimes it’s hard to recognize what is an intuitive feeling, so I get many of you might not be aware or notice the signs. We often wait for warning signs to get to a challenging place, before taking action. It’s important to listen to your body, mind, and spirit for clues on how to best care for yourself. For example, many of you are allergic to different foods or environmental toxins, and you’re totally clueless about it, but you can tell something is off. Pay attention and ask for second opinions. Seek out medical advice, whether modern or natural, or both. The information you receive from them will be important.

The first messages we notice are the ones in the body. We respond to the pains and discomforts, but the message here is to find a way to avoid stressing your body to the point where there is pain or discomfort. Look into your lifestyle and natural cycles for clues. Over 5 years ago I found myself coughing often. At first it was just to clear my throat, or due to seasonal allergies, but then I eventually realized it was nonstop. I would even wake up in the middle of the night due to a coughing attack. I was curious to understand why but not enough to see a doctor about it. I kind of kept a mental note and became more aware of my cycles and eating habits, etc.

One day I was eating yogurt at a friend’s house, and within minutes of finishing it began to have a coughing fit. In that instant I realized dairy was the problem. My body was no longer able to process dairy in the way it used to. By then I had already given up drinking cow’s milk because of issues with acne (as soon as I lowered my dairy intake my skin cleared up so much), but would still eat things like yogurt and cheese once in a while. At that point in my friend’s house it became clear I had to cut my dairy intake even more.

I’m thankful for the awareness and adjustment, which probably would have taken much longer to discover had I not tuned in. Something as simple as some yogurt had adverse effects on my body, and the same could be happening to you with other things. It doesn’t even have to be food related. Point is, do your research. Be your own investigator and look into what has been overlooked.

Because this message also comes at a time when we’re dealing with a global pandemic, I would advise to be extra vigilant about your health. We’re all still trying to understand Covid-19 and its effects on the body, but we know it does not affect everyone in the same way. Continue to be cautious (not paranoid or scared) and be on the lookout for clues.

Your health is your #1 priority.

Have a blessed and healthy day all!
