Good morning Blessed Manifestation family! The theme of self-care continues. Many of you are involved in relationships which are not in your best interest to continue as is; could be a relationship in any form–familial, romantic, work, etc. There is someone who, or a group which, is taking advantage of you.
I get the sense for many of you this is regarding your family and home life, though the message could apply in other areas of your life. The energy of co-dependency is strong and it is a block in your life. You already take on so much and do so much for your loved ones, but it has come to the point where they are relying on you, and you are overworked and overburdened. You are lacking the confidence and courage to speak up about your needs, so today ask Archangel Gabriel to give you the strength to communicate clearly.
You may already be feeling the negative effects of burning the candle at both ends, including anger, resentment, tension, anxiety, sleeplessness, and more. If you say NO will these people stop loving you? And if they are willing to let you go because you’re not giving more to them, are they worth having in your life? Be honest with yourself first about how you’re feeling and what you need, and then set some time to clear the air. It is needed, for the good of all, and most importantly for your health, and overall wellbeing.
If you really want this circumstance to change and find a way to receive more of what you need, be willing to release control and attachment to the circumstances. You don’t have to be the savior. You don’t always have to be in charge–ask for help, even when you don’t think you need it. Show others that you can’t do it all alone, and honestly, who would want to? It’s no fun doing everything by yourself. It can get pretty lonely in that position of authority. Do you really want to be in charge of others and their lives? What about your life and dreams? It’s not selfish to take care of yourself. Being in the flow of Abundance means being in a state of giving and receiving. You block your progress when all you do is just receive, or just give. Peace and smooth roads ahead will be yours if you heed this advice today.
