The current theme seems to be related to shadow-work, which is taking a look at the parts within ourselves we wish to keep hidden. But nothing stays hidden; it just can’t. The darkest parts of ourselves need to be released, just like the light does. Clover Spirit is here to let you know that this shadow work will be healing and beneficial for you.
We’ve been trained to think positively and always go to the light, but we can’t forget about the other part of ourselves; it’s like asking us to only embody the male or the female parts of ourselves. Nature is about balance in all things, and if you want to experience more inner harmony you have to take a moment to listen to what the darkness is trying to tell you. This is a time when things we want hidden will find a way to be revealed, so rather than keep fighting to push it down, go with the flow. See where this journey takes you.
Take your time with your shadow work. Be extra gentle and patient with yourself. You already have the tools and experience to overcome this very temporary moment, but for the meantime take notes. Try to observe what comes up because this theme that is playing out is something that has been blocking you. The sooner it can be released, the sooner you will be free to move forward.
Some techniques which have worked for me in the past are meditation and EFT; when you can sit in mindfulness with what you are experiencing, you have a better opportunity to view it with detachment. These are some ways I engage with the darkness within, to understand what it’s trying to tell me or show me. It’s not easy but it is worth it. This is part of growth.
For many of you this shadow work is crucial for your relationships. It will help unblock you from giving and receiving love; to will help you allow your heart to open, and flourish. If you’ve been longing for a meaningful relationship, this is the work which will clear the way. You are clearing the way for miracles!
