Going with the flow of life can also mean being in a moment of pause; “stuck” for your own good. This isn’t a punishment; sometimes a pause allows the Universe to offer you the best possible outcome–something even better than you imagined. A pause could also be a moment for you to see the details more clearly, in case you missed something. Goddess Ishtar is asking you to not rush through this process that is unfolding for you now.
Sometimes we see something as a “sign” from Spirit, when really it’s just us wanting to see what we want to see. Look at what in your life you’ve been trying to force into being; stop trying to chase something that isn’t here for you today. Your needs will always be met in Divine timing and form; let go a little more, and trust. Use this moment to regroup and reassess. Have more patience in yourself and Spirit.
I know how frustrating it can be to just “wait” around for things to happen, but think of this as an opportunity. The best action you can do today (besides surrendering to what is) is to focus on something else. Rather than continuing to work on the big picture, look at the small details; what have you been doing for self-care? When was the last time you gave yourself permission to sleep-in? When was the last time you cooked yourself a delicious meal? Focus on your body temple today and listen to what it needs.
Continue to ground yourself so that you can recharge. We have infinite energy within us, but our bodies can only go for so long–you need to rest and refuel. When your needs are met, you can give with greater ease to others. Use today to relax; get out of your head and into your body. Just be. Allow yourself to be taken care of by Spirit.
