We start the week off with a grounding Full Moon in Capricorn. While Pluto is retrograding in Capricorn, some cracks in your financial/material foundations may be revealed. I can see for many there is a cycle coming to an end that has to do with something you began right before the start of this year. Possibly a time of financial hardships will be done, or potentially you are ready to set off on a new career path. Take a moment to sit with this super-charged lunar energy to gain clarity on what you need to do in order to succeed.
What have you learned from the challenge you’ve been facing for the past 6 months? This is what Mama Moon is asking us because you’ll want to take that wisdom and put it into practical application. Now that you have greater insight into this challenge, how can you turn the tides in your favor? Whatever the situation you can come out on top if you are willing to put in the work to turn those coals into diamonds.
This week will be wonderful for clearing the mental clutter and getting to the truth of the matter. Whatever problem you’ve been facing that you are ready to let go of, this week’s energy can help you overcome.
Beginning of the Week:
Mama Moon is helping us charge ahead and forge new paths for ourselves. We’ve overcome a long-standing challenge, or are just about to leave it behind. We will all feel a sense of freedom and renewal from this ending, propelling us towards a new beginning. But Spirit reminds you not to get complacent.
Capricorn teaches us the value of hard work–the more you climb, the closer you will get to the peak. The sea-goat teaches us if we are willing to put in the effort, we will be guaranteed some kind of reward or harvest. It makes cents after all. Take a moment to relish in your wins but also set some time to plan ahead. Get organized with the fruits of your labors coming to you now.
Some of you will be receiving some kind of financial gain this week. Take a moment to plan and strategize how you will use this blessing. Make a budget or set aside a moment to speak to a financial advisor on how best to use this valuable resource.
Some of you are ready to embark on a new career journey. You may feel tempted to up and quit your job, but hold off until you get a solid exit strategy in place.
Middle of the Week:
Do I follow the money or my heart? Maybe there’s an option that satisfies both needs. If you are torn between two options this week, pause a moment to see if something else presents itself to you. You may be able to receive something worthwhile on all fronts if you are willing to be patient. This is especially relevant if you are offered a new job or opportunity this week.
Not all that glitters is gold, so if an option presented to you this week seems too good to be true, try to get as many facts as you can. Read over contracts and the fine print, to see what will benefit you the most. Spirit advises you to get another set of eyes on any agreements, if needed.
Some of you may be presented with a new job or business opportunity this week that could potentially be a scam or they are not considering your best interests. Don’t rush into anything and make an informed decision as best as you can–do your research.
If you’ve been out of work for a while and have been searching for so long for a good fit, consider a different approach. So if you’ve only been focused on the salary, try lowering your expectations a bit and see if the perks & benefits are enough to consider a pay cut. This may help you get more call backs for interviews.
End of the Week:
The Capricorn influence remains with us this week and so you may be all work and no play, and at the point of burnout. This is a moment to really consider what is a priority and what can wait for another time. You need a break from the hustle and bustle.
If you go at it alone, you’ll eventually reach your destination but it’s gonna be a long and draining journey. If you delegate and ask for help, then you will reach where you want to go much faster and more efficiently. This weekend consider the power of community to help you get ahead. Can this goal or project be helped by other collaborators? Or can you give some of the work to others? Some of you have been DIYing some home remodeling or repairs and are about to call it quits–consider using some of the windfall or financial cushion to hire someone to help you out. Same thing can be applied to any business ventures or creative projects.
