This week is all about give and take; finding a balance between both aspects. In terms of the physical, where do you stand? Are you more of a giver or taker? Be honest. If you give more than you receive, pause and assess how you can open yourself to the generous energies flowing this week. The Universe wants to shower you with gifts; some of these gifts will be unexpected, and may even shock you–will you accept them? Give yourself a chance to see just how glorious things can be for you, but you have to be willing.
If you are someone who takes more than gives, then you are being called this week to pay it forward. Consider how you can give back, whether through monetary contributions, gifts to loved ones, or charitable work. As well, you may want to be more conscious of your spending habits; you might be tempted to go on a shopping spree–hold off and instead use some of that money to donate to a worthy cause. The Wheel of Fortune can make beggars out of Kings, so time to put some dough towards your Karma.
If you aren’t sure whether you give more or take more, think about how you give back to those closest to you; when was the last time you checked up on your loved ones? When was the last time you asked how you could be of service?
Lastly, consider how to put any financial windfalls to best use; don’t spend it all in one place, or day.
Beginning of the Week:
Venus is out and about this week! She is making her presence known. Tap into the glorious energies of the Divine Feminine to manifest your desires; to receive the form without much effort. Make this week about play and pleasure while all of your bodily senses are activated.
You might be feeling extra juicy this week, so use it to your advantage! Tap into your most sensual and confident self; channel your sexual prowess to empower yourself, and others. The start of this week would be wonderful for social events, networking, or dates.
If you celebrate Mother’s Day on the 14th, consider how you can give back to the mothers in your life. If you are one of the lucky chosen this week to receive an unexpected financial windfall, possibly consider how you can give back to those mother figures. As well, if you’ve been trying to conceive, give it a go between now and Wednesday!
Middle of the Week:
This ‘7’ year is wonderful for spiritual exploration. I know so many people who are ‘bored’ with their spiritual routines and/or religious structures. Over the next few days you may be questioning your faith. Or if you’ve never felt inspired to walk down a spiritual path, you might be considering it now.
As the Divine Feminine energies dance into our lives this week, you might find yourself exhausted from the patriarchal institutions that can often feel so restrictive. Know that it’s totally OK and normal to question your religion or beliefs. In fact, after last week’s Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio we are being asked to release what is no longer working for us. What has been inspiring you lately? Maybe you grew up Catholic but have been loving Buddhist chants, or find yourself attracted to working with crystals…whatever the case, allow yourself to be spiritually fluid for the rest of the week. We could all use a break from traditional views that no longer nourish us. Find a new path.
Some of you are being challenged to question if your faith is serving you. You may be devout to it but is it faithful to you? Is it serving your life in the ways you need it to? Who is the actual authority in your life? Sit with this for a moment and allow the truth to come up.
End of the Week:
By the end of this week we might be feeling extra indulgent; wanting more of the finer things in life. That’s not a problem BUT make sure your beer budget isn’t aspiring for champagne dreams–at least not until your budget increases. Try not to overspend or overindulge this weekend or you’ll find yourself in a pit.
Keep your wits about you when you are spending and hanging out this weekend. Keep a budget in mind and try your best not to overspend. As Mercury stations direct on the 14th you might find yourself in an aftermath of unexpected debt once the retrograde filter wears off, so please be more mindful of your spending habits.
As well, once Mercury goes direct you may be receiving news of opportunities moving forward for you. If you’ve been feeling kind of tight with money recently, you may now be moving on from that. Some of you will receive good news about a job or business opportunity by the end of this week. Any money messages that were previously delayed will now be released.
The 2023 guide you need in your life!
I channeled that 2023 is going to be a year of blessed transformations; think of the rapid fire changes that took place in the ‘5’ year that was 2021, merged with the spiritual wisdom that the number ‘7’ has to offer us (2023 is a ‘7’ year in Numerology).
There will be many changes throughout 2023, which at times could leave you feeling confused, ungrounded, or caught in the eye of the storm.
Many of these changes will take place within your relationships; lovers, family, friends, community.
