Happy August everyone! If you’re feeling tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, now is the time to lighten your load. Use this week’s energy to share your burdens and ask for (and receive) the help you need. This is also a good time to get back on track with your health, and that could include catching up on doctor’s visits. Your body is signaling certain physical and emotional needs, so please be sure to provide it with the nourishment it needs.
Don’t be stubborn about asking for help because things will only become more burdensome if you don’t. Some of you will benefit from seeking professional advice, especially in legal or financial matters.
Ladies, Spirit has a special message for you: tap into your Divine Feminine energy. Allow yourself to receive more; to be provided for. You may be used to figuring things out for yourself and valuing your independence, but at what cost? You don’t need to repel support and love just to prove that you can do things on your own. Accept the love that others want to give you. Some of you may soon be meeting (or have recently met) a very affectionate romantic partner. They love to shower you with gifts and compliments–if this is making you uncomfortable, look into what the discomfort is trying to tell you about your approach to romance. The answer is within you, not with anyone else. A true partnership will involve give and take, and you’ll want to learn what your love language is in order to build a bridge of effective communication with a significant other.
Beginning of the Week:
The energy will be in forward motion, helping us progress towards our goals. Advancement will be possible in your life, especially with your material world. There is a possibility of stronger connections and relationships coming through, as well as new financial opportunities coming in. If you’ve been struggling in the romance or money departments, relief is in sight!
As mentioned in the quarter 3 reading, this month will be about being more visible. As such you’ll want to walk proudly everywhere you go; this will entail making sure to look and feel your best. “Fake it till you make it” if you’re not feeling that great about your appearance or life in general. You don’t have to lie to yourself or others, but with every attempt you make to look and feel good, will get you one step closer to making it a reality. So maybe put on some lipstick if you’re not up to a full face of makeup, or make sure you don’t walk out of your house smelling funky. Every step you take towards self-love counts.

Middle of the Week:
A new adventure (or opportunity) begins! The energy of the moment is helping us move away from challenges and receive the solutions (and support) we need. You may find yourself feeling more inspired and having more ideas than before, or maybe you are about to embark on a literal journey through travel. This is an opportune time to start something new.
Some of you may be inspired to launch a business or brand, possibly building your content creation empire–go for it! There may be some learning and planning to do, but as long as you feel enthusiastic about this new venture, it will be successful!
Some of you are being encouraged to consider alternate sources of income. If you’ve been thinking about getting a new job, or adding a side hustle to your existing schedule, follow your intuition. Some of you may even be considering going back to school, which will certainly help with your job prospects.
End of the Week:
Whatever has been destroyed can be rebuilt. Whenever we think we’ve failed at something, we always have a chance to start again. One of the most beautiful aspects of life is our ability to start fresh; to get another opportunity at something. There may be something you thought was lost to you, which will come back around for another chance–this could also be pertaining to a relationship. The more you rebuild, the more masterful you become at building, so never see your failures as such–these are learning opportunities.
Take your time with whatever it is you are working on. Don’t try to rush into success or force any outcomes (and please try to avoid shortcuts). Do your best and be patient throughout the building process. If you are starting over in any area of your life, just know that this is all part of a Divine plan for you. You may not see that now, but trust that one day you will have a greater understanding of these moments. You will overcome every challenge, just like you’ve done before.
